ExtroMind Technologies successfully signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Paavai Engineering College (PEC), Namakkal, to strengthen academic and industrial cooperation. The MoU was entered into between Paavai Engineering College, Paavai Nagar, Pachal, Namakkal District, Tamil Nadu – 637018, represented by its Director of Collaborative Studies, Dr. K. Ramasamy, on behalf of Dr. M. Prem Kumar, Principal, and ExtroMind Technologies, Tiruchengode, represented by its Chairman, Mr. T. Arun Prakasam, Chief Executive Officer. The agreement became effective from 16 July 2018 and established a framework for collaboration between the college and ExtroMind Technologies.

Key Areas of Cooperation

The MoU covers the following areas:

  • Academic collaboration including Research & Development
  • Government-sponsored Skill Development Training Programmes
  • Industrial Real-Time Projects for students with stipend
  • Training and Internship Programmes
  • Placement Guidelines and Consultancy

The specific activities were intended to be implemented through corresponding Memoranda of Agreement (MoA). The MoU was agreed to remain in force for five years, subject to renewal by mutual consent.
